Job summary

Together is seeking a Test Manager to lead quality assurance across our Agile teams as we roll out a new end-to-end platform. You will define the test strategy, governance, and delivery standards, acting as the primary contact for test assurance and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle.

You will oversee test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement while coordinating with multiple teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading test strategy, governance and delivery in Agile environments.
• Ability to manage testing across multiple teams and external vendors.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the test strategy and quality governance across the team.
• Act as the primary contact for test assurance within the release train.
• Coordinate with feature teams on test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Ensure test approaches are risk-based and standards-aligned.
• Monitor progress, triage defects, and report metrics.
• Define and maintain a test coverage model aligned to requirements.
• Lead RCAs and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with central Automation and NFT teams to align programs.
• Lead UAT planning and cross-release coordination.
• Support planning to ensure test effort and resources are visible.
