• Mentors testing teams and supports Agile delivery of scalable solutions.

• Manage defect lifecycle with Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, and Zephyr for quality governance.

• Execute Workday and enterprise application testing to ensure reliable functionality.
• Implement and monitor CI/CD-enabled test execution pipelines with Jenkins.
