Job summary

scrumconnect ltd is seeking a Senior QAT Engineer (SFIA Level 5) to lead quality assurance across complex digital transformation programmes. You will define testing strategies, drive automation, mentor QAT engineers, and ensure embedded quality across delivery teams.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams, provide technical leadership on testing approaches, tooling and governance, and advance enterprise-scale test strategies through CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading QA teams on complex digital programmes.
Experience defining end-to-end testing strategies and quality frameworks.
Strong automation design and implementation experience.

Responsibilities

Define and implement end-to-end testing strategies and quality frameworks.
Design, develop, and maintain complex automated testing solutions.
Lead test planning, execution, and reporting activities across multiple teams.
Manage test environments and support release assurance processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing and automation practices.
Mentor and support QAT engineers and promote best practices.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout delivery.
Provide technical leadership on testing approaches, tooling, and quality governance.
Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance leadership.
