Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to define and drive the test automation strategy across multiple digital delivery teams in the UK. You will provide technical leadership, set quality standards, and ensure resilient, accessible, and secure digital services.

You will act as the technical authority for quality engineering, establishing modern automated test frameworks from scratch, overseeing data and non-functional testing, and embedding continuous quality gates

Qualifications

Clearance: Active UK Security Clearance (SC) or eligible for SC transfer.
Experience building UI and API automation frameworks from scratch.
Strong SQL for data validation and ETL testing with Informatica/ Oracle.
Experience integrating tests into Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or AWS pipelines.
Leadership: mentoring QA engineers and defining end-to-end test strategy.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall test automation strategy across multiple delivery teams.
Provide technical leadership and establish quality standards.
Oversee data and non-functional testing in CI/CD pipelines.
Embed continuous quality gates and ensure resilient, accessible, and secure services.
Coordinate with stakeholders and report testing outcomes.
