Job summary

KennedyPearce Consulting is seeking an experienced Test Manager to bring structure to the full testing lifecycle across complex programmes in financial services. You will lead end-to-end testing, define strategy, manage UAT teams and defect processes, and partner with PMs, BAs, developers and suppliers.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, SDLC/Agile expertise, and experience across multi-system projects; financial services background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Test Management, Test Leadership or a similar position.
• Experience leading testing across complex programmes with multiple systems and suppliers.
• Strong UAT and business testing experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end testing across multiple integrated systems.
• Define test strategy, plans, quality gates and acceptance criteria.
• Manage UAT and business testing teams.
• Oversee third party and supplier QA.
• Defect management, test reporting and risk mitigation.
• Manage test environments, tooling and resources.
• Work closely with Project Managers, BAs, developers and business stakeholders.
• Ensure testing remains aligned to wider programme timelines and objectives.
