Job summary

Pantheon has a long track record in private markets investing and now seeks an experienced Test Manager to coordinate testing across multiple internally developed systems and SaaS products. You will report to the Head of QA and work with stakeholders across the business, external suppliers and 3rd party partners.

The role requires strong communication, planning and coordination, with a proven ability to deliver high‑quality software through strict QA standards and defined quality gates.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating testing across multiple systems and SaaS products.
• Ability to manage external partners' deliverables per QA standards.
• Strong defect tracking and reporting to stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering on quality gates.
• Experience with UAT and test environments management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing across unit, integration, system and UAT in complex end‑to‑end solutions.
• Plan and manage test activities with direction from Head of QA.
• Liaise with external partners and 3rd party suppliers to align testing efforts.
• Maintain acceptance testing closure document to support Go/No-go decisions.
• Produce detailed test reports and highlight risks to stakeholders.
