Job summary

Bestman Solutions is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to drive the quality engineering strategy for complex, Agile environments in financial services. You will coordinate end‑to‑end testing across several squads, establish testing gates and optimise both functional and non‑functional testing.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across Software Testing, QA and Quality Engineering.
• Experience leading testing across multiple Agile squads and large programmes.
• Proven ability to define and govern enterprise‑level Test Strategies.
