Job summary

Pantheon Ventures is seeking an experienced Test Manager to coordinate testing across multiple internally developed systems and SaaS products. You will implement QA standards, manage external partners' quality, and report risks to stakeholders as part of a cross-functional team.

The role requires coordination across 3rd parties, business users and development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions through defined quality gates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing programs across multiple systems and SaaS products.
• Ability to enforce Pantheon QA standards and manage external partners' deliverables.
• Comfort with defect tracking and reporting to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analysis of test results and risk identification.
• Experience across unit, integration, system, and UAT testing in complex environments.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain project momentum.

Responsibilities
