Job summary

Technopride Ltd in London seeks an experienced Test Manager with strong General Insurance domain expertise to lead large-scale transformation programmes, including Duck Creek or Guidewire upgrades. You will define and deliver end-to-end test strategy across multiple streams, promote shift-left practices, drive automation with Playwright, and ensure robust governance.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading test programmes in General Insurance.
Proven track record with Duck Creek or Guidewire upgrades.
Strong automation mindset with Playwright and CI/CD integration.
Experience in test strategy, governance, and data management.
Ability to manage multi-vendor testing across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end test strategy across streams for Duck Creek/Guidewire upgrades.
Lead test planning, estimation, and scheduling across teams.
Design and implement automation strategy for UI and API layers.
Establish NFT testing strategy (performance, security, accessibility).
Drive Test Data Management and environment provisioning.
Govern vendor testing activities and oversee defect lifecycle.
Provide reporting on quality metrics to senior stakeholders.
Mentor high-performing test teams and lead regression activities.
