Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking an experienced Programme Test Manager to lead quality assurance across a major protection insurance transformation and migration programme. This 12-month contract offers hybrid working from Edinburgh or Manchester with occasional travel to London and Dublin.

You will own the test strategy and integrated plan, coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors and delivery teams as the programme migrates around 280,000 in-force policies across the UK and Ireland.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Programme Test Manager to lead quality assurance across a major protection insurance transformation and migration programme. This is a 12-month contract, working hybrid from Edinburgh or Manchester, with occasional travel to London and Dublin.

You'll take ownership of the overall test strategy and integrated test plan, bringing together multiple workstreams, vendors and delivery teams. The programme involves implementing and customising a new Policy Administration System and migrating around 280,000 in-force policies across the UK and Ireland.

The role is particularly suited to someone with strong financial services testing experience who can provide clear governance, manage complex migration assurance and give senior stakeholders an evidence-based view of quality and release readiness.
