Job summary

Pantheon is seeking an experienced Test Manager to coordinate testing across multiple internally developed systems and SaaS products. You will ensure adherence to Pantheon’s QA standards and work with stakeholders to plan activities, including external partners.

The role reports to the Head of QA and requires strong communication and coordination skills. The successful candidate will oversee unit, integration, system and UAT testing across complex end-to-end solutions, provide detailed reports,

Qualifications

Experience coordinating testing across complex systems and SaaS products.
Ability to follow and maintain defect management processes and track resolutions.
Experience overseeing unit, integration, system and UAT testing in end-to-end environments.
Proven track record delivering high-quality solutions through quality gates.
Strong documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate with 3rd parties and business users to align testing activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate testing across multiple internally developed systems and SaaS products.
Plan and coordinate testing activities under the Head of QA.
Oversee external partners' deliverables to Pantheon's QA standards.
Maintain the defect management process and track defect resolution.
Provide detailed test reports and highlight risks to stakeholders.
Drive acceptance and Go/No-go decisions through closure documentation.
