Job summary
Reed in Partnership is seeking a Test Centre Manager to oversee the operational delivery of a DVSA test centre in the UK. You will manage the Test Centre and Senior Test Centre Associates, supervise invigilation duties, and ensure test integrity and compliance with programme requirements.
The role requires line management, scheduling, and performance reviews, plus strong customer service and IT skills. A full UK driving licence is essential and a pro-rata salary with generous benefits is offered.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence required; driving not always needed for all locations.
- Proven line and performance management experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in busy, multi-tasking settings.
- Excellent IT skills including Word/PowerPoint/Outlook and basic systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver operational centre operations and manage staff rotas.
- Oversee scheduling, bookings, and shift coverage for tests.
- Lead training and performance reviews for team members.
- Ensure security, compliance and proper handling of tests.
