Job summary

Campions is seeking a Senior Tenancy Progression Coordinator to lead the preparation, coordination, and compliance of tenancy documentation, ensuring adherence to lettings legislation and internal policies.

You will manage end-to-end tenancy progression, complex agreements, and liaise across Front Office, Lettings Operations, and Branch Managers to maintain audit-ready records and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tenancy progression or lettings operations.
• Deep knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance.
• Experience handling complex tenancy agreements and addendums.
• Excellent written communication and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and coordination of tenancy documents.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and policies.
• Oversee end-to-end tenancy progression from offer to move-in.
• Maintain audit-ready tenancy files with accurate records.
• Engage with Front Office, Branch Managers, and Lettings teams.
• Drive operational KPIs and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to other services.
