Home Made is seeking a Tenancy Operations Associate to own tenancy progression from deal to move-in, coordinating with tenants, landlords and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant completions. The role supports a dynamic startup environment, with hybrid working and ongoing learning opportunities.

You will manage tenancy pipelines, monitor deadlines, and uphold lettings compliance across deposits, safety and regulatory requirements while mentoring junior colleagues and driving performance as

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenancy files and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own tenancy progression from agreement to move-in, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Chase outstanding actions and documents to keep deals moving.
• Identify off-track tenancies and take action to resolve blockers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Landlords, Tenants and internal teams to convert deals into completed tenancies.
• Provide regular updates to Landlords and Tenants before move-in and manage status in pipelines.
