Job summary

Joshua Robert Recruitment is seeking a Property Compliance Coordinator for a Birmingham lettings and property management agency. You will own lettings administration, tenancy progression, compliance, and the accuracy of the company's systems.

Qualifications

• Previous residential lettings experience is essential.
• Progress tenancy applications from application to move-in.
• Strong knowledge of lettings compliance including Right to Rent.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident using CRM and property management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full tenancy journey from enquiry to move-in, including referencing and tenancy agreements.
• Ensure each tenancy file is fully compliant before move-in and complete landlord onboarding checks.
• Book check-ins and viewings, coordinate post-checkout works to minimise voids.
• Keep Rightmove listings accurate and up to date.
• Progress property sales through regular contact with solicitors and brokers.
• Carry out regular compliance audits and system reviews (Reapit, Goodlord, Dynamics).
• Log leads and customer interactions accurately and drive data quality.
• Produce reports for senior management and identify efficiency improvements through systems.
• Support day-to-day office operations and maintain a positive team culture.
