Job summary

Kinleigh Limited in Wimbledon is seeking a Tenancy Progression Team Leader to join our Residential Lettings team at Nelson House. The role is full-time with a salary in the range of £33,000-£35,000 and a hybrid pattern including one day per week working from home.

You will lead the Tenancy Progression team to ensure compliant, efficient progress of tenancy transactions, while embedding best practice across the division and supporting excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings administration or tenancy progression.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to achieve objectives.
• Strong knowledge of compliance processes and regulatory requirements (Right to Rent, AML, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Tenancy Progression team to meet objectives.
• Monitor workloads and allocate resources to ensure timely progress.
• Act as escalation point for complex stakeholder queries.
• Oversee end-to-end tenancy progression for a smooth journey.
• Review files for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory and company requirements are met.
• Conduct audits and mitigate compliance risks.
• Maintain auditable records across systems.
• Manage relationships with third-party providers.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and customer experience.
