Job summary

Skipton International is seeking a Senior Manager - Technology to lead delivery, operation and continuous improvement of our technology platforms, infrastructure and services. You will translate business strategy into technology outcomes, ensuring services are secure, resilient, scalable and cost-effective, while working with stakeholders across the business in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Significant technology leadership experience (10–15+ years).
• Proven success delivering strategy and operational excellence in complex environments.
• Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure, service management and ops.
• Experience leading technology operations and large-scale change.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology services across infrastructure, networks, platforms, and core business systems.
• Ensure availability, performance and resilience across technology services.
• Own and improve ITSM processes including incident, problem, change and service request management.
• Drive observability, automation and proactive operational management.
• Foster a service reliability mindset across technology teams.
