Job summary

Skipton International Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Technology to lead delivery, operation and continuous improvement of our technology platforms, infrastructure and services in a regulated financial setting. You will translate business strategy into technology outcomes, ensure security, resilience and cost-effectiveness, and partner with stakeholders to drive transformation.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Significant technology leadership experience in regulated environments (financial services or similar).
10–15+ years in progressively senior technology roles with delivery ownership.
Proven ability to define and execute technology strategy and operations at scale.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure and service management.
Experience leading large-scale technology change and transformation programs.
Proven track record in managing third-party vendors and strategic suppliers.
Excellent stakeholder management, with ability to influence at executive level.
Knowledge of risk management, governance and audit practices.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology services across infrastructure, platforms and core systems.
Own ITSM processes and drive continuous improvement, incident, change and service management.
Oversee platform, infrastructure and cloud strategies, automation and DevOps alignment.
Maintain security posture, resilience planning, disaster recovery and incident response.
Drive cost optimisation, vendor management and procurement aligned to strategy.
