Kier Group is seeking a Senior Technology Design Engineer to lead highways technology design and assurance across major infrastructure programmes in the UK. You will own outputs from concept to implementation, ensuring right-first-time delivery and compliance with National Highways standards.

• Degree-qualified in Electrical, Electronic, Communications or Technology Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of complex technology design (ITS, communications, power) from concept through to implementation.
• Own design outputs, ensuring solutions are buildable, maintainable and right-first-time.
• Act as technical authority in design assurance, leading reviews and gateway approvals.
• Ensure compliance with DMRB, National Highways standards and governance frameworks; manage technical risk.
• Provide SME leadership across ITS, communications networks and smart infrastructure systems.
• Drive multidisciplinary integration across civil, electrical, mechanical and systems teams.
• Lead workshops with clients and stakeholders; report progress, risk and performance.
