Job summary

Littlefish is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Transition Engineer to join our Infrastructure team in a hybrid role based in Nottingham or Sheffield. You will lead technical onboarding for new customers, perform due diligence, deploy tooling, and document environments for a smooth transition into operational support.

You will engage with customers, third parties and internal teams across diverse technologies, ensuring handovers are seamless and well documented.

Qualifications

Strong Windows Server and AD knowledge with practical tooling experience.
Experience with Entra, M365, Intune, SCCM or equivalent endpoint management.
Good networking, security, and cloud understanding (Azure).
Experience documenting handovers and governance activities.

Responsibilities

Lead technical onboarding activities and due diligence for new customer estates.
Assess infrastructure, services, tools and readiness before acceptance into service.
Deploy standard tooling across customer environments.
Produce high-quality technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Provide early life support after onboarding and guide handover to support.
Act as technical authority during service transition projects.
Collaborate with engineering and operations for seamless transitions.
