Qualifications
- Proven pump repair or rotating equipment experience.
- Team leadership skills with commercial awareness.
- HNC/HND or OEM pump training desirable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop and field service operations.
- Approve repair scopes, quotations and final reports.
- Support tenders and site surveys.
- Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and improve margins.
