Qualifications

• Experience in pump repair and rotating equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills are required.
• HNC/HND qualification is required.
• Experience interfacing with sales and technical staff is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the pump repair workshop and field service activities; ensure efficient scheduling and high repair standards.
• Prepare quotations, repair proposals and tender submissions; support sales with technical input.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and margin enhancement.
