Job summary

Pegasus Search & Selection is assisting a growing land and development consultancy in recruiting a Senior Technical Project Manager / Associate to lead technical delivery across residential and mixed-use schemes in the UK. The role combines hands-on delivery with leadership, governance and client liaison, with a clear pathway to Director level.

You will own technical delivery across infrastructure-led developments, manage design coordination, statutory approvals and stakeholder engagement from

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of five years' experience in technical project management
• Strong understanding of UK planning processes and technical approval procedures
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant teams
• Excellent commercial awareness and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical lead across residential and mixed-use developments
• Coordinate infrastructure design, statutory approvals (S278, S38, S104, S184)
• Lead design coordination, governance and reporting
• Manage stakeholder engagement with local authorities and contractors
• Support business growth and mentor junior team members
