Job summary

Tetra Tech's Residential Development team is seeking a Project Manager-level professional to lead complex, large-scale residential infrastructure schemes from concept through to completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage technical and commercial aspects with clients and authorities.

You will work 2–3 days on site near Ely, Cambridgeshire, with hybrid work for the remainder and require a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Background in civil engineering with experience in project, contract or construction management.
• Knowledge of NEC4 and JCT contracts is essential.
• Experience with environments such as Environment Agency, National Highways or local authorities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of strategic land and residential infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project planning, procurement, contract administration and project controls.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage technical and commercial aspects.
