Job summary

TT Group is seeking a Project Manager to join the Projects Team, supporting planning, disposals, demolition, due diligence and development across a nationwide portfolio. The role reports to Senior Project Managers and offers hands-on guidance throughout the delivery of large-scale schemes.

The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified with a track record in residential development project management and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• RICS-qualified professional with undergraduate/postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Residential development experience with end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of development activity from concept to delivery and sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all technical and construction aspects of planning, disposals and development.
• Negotiate and manage consultant appointments and construction contracts with Commercial Manager.
• Tender and interpret technical surveys and reports (geo-technical, acoustic, thermal).
• Provide programme, cost, risk and progress reporting.
• Support project teams on planning, disposals and development activity nationwide.
