Job summary

TT Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Projects Team in the UK. You will oversee residential development projects across planning, disposals, demolition, and due diligence, reporting to Senior Project Managers.

The role requires active management of budgets, consultants and contracts, with guidance and support provided. The ideal candidate is RICS-qualified with a track record in residential development PM and will travel nationwide, supported by a strong team.

Qualifications

• RICS qualified with an accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Proven project management experience in residential development.
• Knowledge of development activity from concept through delivery and sales.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and hold a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all technical and construction aspects of planning, disposals and development.
• Negotiate and manage consultant appointments and construction contracts with the Commercial Manager.
• Tender and interpret technical surveys and reports throughout project delivery; manage budgets, risk, and progress.
• Support the wider team on planning, disposals and development activity nationwide.
