• Oversee design management and technical compliance across multiple residential developments.
• Coordinate risk mitigation, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary internal teams and manage external consultants and partners.
• Collaborate with Land, Planning, Commercial, Construction and Sales to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
