Job summary

JP Morgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within Corporate Technology, Employee Platforms Delivery and Execution.

You will partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and ensure on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Experience supporting cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and delivery timelines.
• Strong analytical skills to track program performance, identify issues early, and support data-driven decisions (KPIs/OKRs, delivery metrics).
• Working knowledge of risk, dependency, and issue management, including RAID artifacts and escalation plans.
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and hybrid environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce crisp status updates and stakeholder-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end program execution for large-scale transformation initiatives with clearly defined scope, milestones, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain integrated plans across workstreams, including timelines, resourcing assumptions, dependencies, and rollouts.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and surface delivery risks.
• Own delivery hygiene and governance inputs, including RAID logs, status reporting, action tracking, and steering forums preparation.
• Drive iterative delivery practices by supporting Agile and hybrid cadences (sprint planning, PI planning inputs, retrospectives, metrics).
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, coordinating issue resolution and contingency planning with program leadership.
• Develop clear, data-driven reporting and insights using dashboards to communicate progress and trends to stakeholders.
• Enable stakeholder engagement and change readiness through communications, workshops, and training coordination.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency by standardizing, automating, and simplifying delivery workflows.
• Build AI fluency and apply agentic tools, exploring practical use cases with teams to ensure governed adoption.
