Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale technology transformation within Corporate Technology.

You will set transformation direction, establish governance, and partner with senior stakeholders across engineering, architecture, product, and business leadership to drive measurable outcomes and secure, resilient solutions. Qualifications

Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience in technology program/portfolio leadership within a large, complex organization.
Demonstrated leadership of large-scale transformation programs spanning multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.
Strong strategic and analytical capability to assess performance and implement data-driven metrics.
Deep risk identification, mitigation, dependency management, and contingency planning.
Proven ability to drive technology adoption and operating-model change.
Strong people leadership with executive facilitation for workshops and decision forums.
Expertise with delivery methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
Strong technical fluency across modern platforms and digital tools.
Experience with AI solution feasibility and governance in enterprise contexts.
Ability to establish governance for AI-assisted workflows with auditability and risk controls.

Responsibilities

Own strategy and portfolio execution for large-scale transformation programs with governance and delivery cadence.
Develop integrated program plans across teams and vendors for on-time delivery and seamless integration.
Partner with leadership to define scope, value, and success metrics; lead change management at scale.
Proactively manage risks, controls, and delivery health; escalate issues as needed.
Provide executive-level reporting using data visualization and concise narratives.
Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment through executive workshops and communications.
Build and lead high-performing teams; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Stay current on industry trends and translate best practices to the firm’s environment.
Define and enforce enterprise guardrails for AI-assisted workflows and security standards.
Drive experimentation with agentic tools and scale effective pilots with governance.
Set enterprise strategy for reuse-first AI capabilities and human-in-the-loop validation.
