Qualifications

Formal training or certification in technical program management.
Advanced experience with Agile practices.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in the work environment.
Ability to review AI-assisted plans and risks with data sensitivity awareness.
Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
Proven track record in managing resources and budgets in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
Use enterprise‑authorized AI to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, with data sensitivity compliance.
Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
Apply analytical reasoning to assess performance and enable data‑driven improvements.
Champion agile delivery and continuous improvement within the team.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review.
