Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Corporate Technology, Employee Platforms Delivery and Execution, seeks a Technical Project Manager III to coordinate planning and delivery of complex technology initiatives spanning multiple teams and platforms.

You will partner with program leads, engineering, architecture, product, and business, applying broad technical knowledge and strong communication to drive governance, risk management, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts in a large org.
• Experience supporting cross-functional technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to track program performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Working knowledge of risk, dependency, and issue management with RAID artifacts.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall in hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication to produce status updates and notes.
• AI fluency and intellectual curiosity with willingness to learn agentic tools.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end program execution for large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain integrated plans across workstreams, timelines and dependencies.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business to translate requirements.
• Own delivery governance inputs, including RAID logs and status reporting.
• Drive iterative delivery practices with Agile and hybrid cadences.
• Identify and help mitigate risks and blockers with program leadership.
• Develop data-driven reporting and insights using dashboards.
• Enable stakeholder engagement and change readiness through workshops and training.
