Job summary

Xalient seeks a Technical Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations for key customer estates across SD‑WAN, LAN, WLAN, SASE/SSE and firewall platforms. You will own technical health, stability, and performance, joining the operations engineering team to ensure contracted SLAs are met and continually improved through automation.

You will act as senior escalation point, mentor engineers, engage with senior customer stakeholders, and drive major incident bridges and post‑mortem improvements.

Qualifications

• Broad operational fluency across SD‑WAN, routing, switching, wireless, SASE/SSE and NGFW
• Proven ability to lead major incidents and drive permanent fixes
• Experience reviewing designs for supportability before go‑live

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical escalation across SD‑WAN, routing and switching, wireless, SASE/SSE and NGFW
• Lead root cause analysis for significant incidents and drive permanent fixes
• Own the service improvement plan and track actions to closure
• Oversee ITIL 4 compliant incident, problem, change, request and event management
• Act as major incident manager for P1/P2 incidents with cross‑vendor coordination
