Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and managing complex network environments.
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNP Enterprise, CompTIA Network+) preferred.
• Experience with Meraki, Palo Alto, SIP Trunking, Teams and NetCall Liberty Converse.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day network operations: manage the day-to-day operations of our network infrastructure, ensuring its availability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaboration with IT teams: work with other IT teams, collaborate on projects, share knowledge, and provide technical guidance to ensure successful integration of network and communications solutions.
• Lead work to ensure our critical network and communications infrastructure is designed and optimised for security, high availability, and disaster recovery, including ISO27001, PCI-DSS, PCN compliance.
• Develop and implement network improvement plans to enhance efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Maintain network design documents and general operational documentation: create, update, and maintain network design documents.
