Job summary

Persimmon in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Manager to coordinate all technical information across Building Design, Highways, Drainage, Utilities and Sustainability from inception to completion. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will manage multiple projects, review drawings, liaise with external consultants and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will mentor junior engineers, supervise compliance with planning conditions, and contribute to regional performance by delivering

Qualifications

• HND/HNC or equivalent qualification in construction.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with residential developer projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical information across Building Design, Highways, Drainage, Utilities and Sustainability from inception to completion.
• Check and approve architect's and engineer's drawings; manage external consultants.
• Liaise with NHBC/LABC on Building Regulations and discharge planning conditions.
• Prepare and approve conveyance plans and monitor technical specifications for Sales progress.
• Provide CAD support to the broader technical team and mentor juniors.
