Legora is seeking a senior advisor to own strategic client relationships, lead incident response, and drive cross-team alignment. This role demands clear communication with executives and engineers, plus building scalable frameworks that sustain high-value accounts. A background in legal AI or regulated services is a strong plus.

You will maintain technical health, define playbooks, and enable customers to adopt Legora’s AI-native platform, working across global teams and major accounts.

Qualifications

• Own strategic, high-value B2B accounts and maintain client confidence during crises.
• Led incident response or major escalations from start to finish.
• Communicate with executives and engineers with clear facts and named owners.
• Build frameworks and scalable processes, not quick fixes.
• Background in legal AI, legal tech, or regulated professional services is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the relationship for Strategic Accounts: monitor health, escalation outcomes, and usage signals.
• Lead in a crisis as incident lead for Sev1/Sev2 events; coordinate comms and post-incident reviews.
• Define escalation criteria, account-health models, and cross-team interfaces for consistency.
• Maintain the single source of truth for each account: data, integrations, security and workflow context.
• Drive adoption and enablement through technical reviews and customer education.
