Legora is seeking a Platform Advisor to own enterprise and strategic issues end-to-end, delivering consistent, high-quality resolutions for top legal teams. You will diagnose complex workflows across the Legora platform, guide demanding users with concise, authoritative communication, and drive improvements with cross-functional partners.

You will work in an in-person environment focused on excellence, with global teams and premium clients across regions.

Own complex, high-stakes B2B relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes for demanding professional clients.
Turn frustrated users into advocates and take pride in the quality of every resolution.
Notice patterns, surface issues early, and collaborate across functions to fix them for good.
Be technically curious, learn new software quickly, and explain hard concepts simply.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Enterprise and Strategic Premium issues from first signal to resolution with clean handoffs across a global team.
Build deep platform expertise to diagnose and resolve high-impact issues.
Translate technical detail into concise, confident guidance for demanding professional users.
Resolve issues to completion before escalation and route only when necessary with clear diagnostics and next steps.
Drive improvements by identifying recurring pain points and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Legal to fix root causes.
Set the standard for enterprise readiness, escalation precision, and handoff quality.
Manage global handoff rhythm to ensure seamless experience across regions.
