Job summary

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done for in-house teams, delivering AI-powered workflows and advisory expertise. The role blends legal ops, product thinking, and trusted advisory duties to help global clients maximise value from Legora's platform.

You will partner with senior legal leaders, translate requirements into scalable workflows, and drive adoption across multinational teams. This is a fast-paced role with high impact and visible outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum hands-on experience in an in-house legal function, understanding workflows and stakeholder needs.
Ability to translate legal needs into product and workflow opportunities.
Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving change.

Responsibilities

Act as a genuine thought partner to in-house legal teams, understanding business priorities and constraints.
Own the journey with Customer Success from pilots through onboarding to enterprise adoption.
Design and implement workflows around legal processes such as contracts, compliance, and knowledge management.
Partner with General Counsel and legal ops to build the business case for AI adoption.
Deliver clear product demos, workshops and training to lawyers and leadership.
Help clients shift from individual productivity gains to scalable, enterprise-wide impact.
