Legora is seeking a Strategic Programs Manager to own the rollout program for our most strategic accounts within the Post-sales organization. You’ll coordinate across Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery to deliver multi-office, cross-border implementations and measurable outcomes.

You are a strategist and operator who thrives in ambiguity, leading programs with a bias toward execution, and ensuring durable adoption through structured governance and analytics.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven leadership of programs or workstreams with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong change management instincts and stakeholder alignment.
• PowerPoint power-user with ability to synthesize ideas into decks.

Responsabilidades

• Owning the end-to-end rollout program for strategic accounts, including planning, sequencing, and execution across multi-office and multi-practice launches
• Driving change management and stakeholder alignment across KM, innovation, IT, practice groups, and attorneys to build durable adoption
• Coordinating resources across Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery to deliver local and cross-border implementations, ensuring Legora best practices are followed for global consistency
• Owning success metrics and governance, defining what good looks like, establishing the reporting cadence, and making outcomes legible to executives
• Monitoring and analysing adoption metrics to identify friction points in the user journey and proposing strategic interventions during implementation
• Owning the feedback loop, turning rollout learnings and adoption signals into reusable playbooks, templates, and benchmarks that raise the bar for every future launch
• Acting as a connective layer across teams, helping drive clarity, prioritization, and progress
• Bringing a structured, execution-focused mindset to ambiguous problems and pushing work over the finish line
