Job summary

Legora is seeking an experienced in-house legal operations/product specialist to help top legal teams maximize value through AI-driven workflows. You will operate at the intersection of legal, product, and engineering, turning high-level needs into implementable processes.

You will lead demos, trainings, and workshops while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive adoption across global teams. This role blends strategy, execution, and AI-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience within an in-house legal function and understanding its workflows
• Balancing risk, commercial priorities, speed and stakeholder needs
• Curiosity about technology and AI-driven workflow transformation
• Ability to translate legal needs across lawyers, operations, product and engineers

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value opportunities to transform how legal work is done using AI
• Own the journey with Customer Success from pilots to enterprise adoption
• Design workflows covering contracts, advisory, regulatory, compliance and knowledge management
• Partner with GC, legal ops and legal teams to justify AI adoption and outcomes
• Be the voice of the in-house lawyer in product development and roadmaps
• Deliver clear product demos, workshops and training for lawyers and leadership
• Document playbooks and build scalable processes as we scale globally
