Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead a fully remote, global recruiting effort for technology roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers and tech leaders to define needs, craft sourcing strategies, and guide the full lifecycle of candidate assessment and offers.

The role emphasizes autonomy, diversity advocacy, and data-driven recruitment in a remote work culture, targeting top engineering and software talent worldwide.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology recruitment.
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting for tech roles (software engineers, developers, data scientists, DevOps).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, autonomous work environment.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.
