Job summary

Menlo Security is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design, partnering with senior leaders to align hiring with business goals. You’ll leverage AI-assisted sourcing to widen the talent pool while applying human judgment on fit and bias, and you’ll strengthen Menlo’s inclusive culture through thoughtful recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at technology companies.
• Proven track record of successful full-cycle hiring at a fast-growing company.
• Experience using an ATS (Ashby) to track candidates and report on recruiting metrics.
• Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at every level, from hiring managers to senior leaders.
• A track record of creative sourcing to reach diverse and hard-to-find talent groups.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, primarily Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Build an ongoing pipeline of skilled, diverse talent via market knowledge and hiring trends.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers as trusted advisor on technical hiring.
• Use AI-assisted sourcing and resume screening to widen pipeline while applying judgment on fit.
• Improve recruiting processes and tools in partnership with Talent Acquisition to scale Menlo.
• Report on recruiting metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Build talent communities and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and diversity sourcing.
