Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with hiring across our Maritime Division. You will own end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles, sourcing high-caliber candidates, and aligning with leaders to shape talent strategy in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, hands-on sourcing across software and hardware, and a proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruiting and sourcing for technical roles including engineering.
• Experience hiring software and hardware engineers.
• Strong client interaction with Hiring Managers and Directors.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS and diverse sourcing channels.
• Clear, effective communication with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source, track and manage a high volume of candidates with open stakeholder communication.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Scale growth with cross-functional teams and a strong operating rhythm.
• Understand product, roadmap and team culture to pitch opportunities.
• Close exceptional technical talent through interviewing and offers.
• Analyze pipeline data to drive improvements and momentum.
• Develop recruiting strategies including referrals and process improvements.
• Act as SME in sourcing techniques and tools for information retrieval and automation.
• Conduct interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem and boolean strategies.
• Provide a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
