Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead a technically focused portfolio across Agentic AI, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture. You will partner with senior Technology leaders to design roles, assessments and decisions, delivering high‑quality hires at pace.

You’ll join a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team, set the standard for inclusive hiring, and drive improvements in process, tools and candidate experience across a complex portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in an in‑house recruiting role or embedded talent consultancy.
• Proven ability to recruit technical talent across engineering, security, AI, infrastructure or SaaS domains.
• Strong understanding of specialist Technology hiring markets and assessment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment strategy for a specialist Technology portfolio.
• Deliver world‑class hires at pace with strong judgement and prioritisation.
• Partner with Technology, Engineering, Security and Infrastructure leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Lead complex searches and engage senior‑level talent across AI, platform engineering, cyber security, cloud infra and architecture.
• Apply structured assessment and inclusive interview practices to ensure quality decisions.
