Qualifications

• >>8+ years internal experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles and closing top tier engineering talent (startup/software experience preferred).
• ">Experience hiring candidates within all facets of engineering - software, hardware or both.",">4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers/Directors and pipeline management.",

Responsibilities

• Move fast, with a process for sourcing and tracking a high volume of candidates while maintaining communication with stakeholders.
• Establish trust with business leaders to influence talent strategy and deliver hiring results.
• Embed with teams to understand product, roadmap, and culture to pitch opportunities effectively.
• Close exceptional technical talent and translate data into actionable hiring momentum.
• Develop recruiting strategies and improve referrals and processes.
