Job summary

We Do Group is partnering with a growing, PE-backed technology business to recruit a Procurement Specialist into its Group Procurement function. The role is hands-on and broad, taking ownership of end-to-end sourcing across a significant portfolio of third-party spend in software, SaaS, cloud, hosting and IT services.

You will work directly with senior spend owners, challenge requirements, lead commercial negotiations alongside Legal, and drive cost savings while improving procurement processes

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end procurement experience across technology and services.
• Experience with software, SaaS or IT services procurement is ideal.
• Commercially confident and able to lead negotiations.
• Familiar with licensing models, SaaS pricing and consumption-based pricing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience managing supplier renewal pipelines and renewals processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing across technology and services spend.
• Lead software, SaaS, cloud, hosting and IT services procurement.
• Manage new deals, renewals and contract negotiations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge requirements.
• Negotiate pricing models, terms, renewals and exit arrangements.
• Manage pipeline of upcoming contracts and renewals.
• Identify cost savings and supplier rationalisation opportunities.
• Improve procurement processes, controls and ways of working.
• Support supplier performance through KPIs and reviews.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Compliance on risk and governance.
• Support ethical and sustainable procurement.
