Job summary

We Do Group is partnering with a growing, PE-backed technology business to recruit a Procurement Specialist into its Group Procurement function. The role is hands-on and broad, taking ownership of end-to-end sourcing across a significant portfolio of third-party spend in software, SaaS, cloud, hosting and IT services.

You will work directly with senior spend owners, challenge requirements, lead commercial negotiations alongside Legal, and drive cost savings while improving procurement processes

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end procurement experience across technology and services.
• Experience with software, SaaS or IT services procurement is ideal.
• Commercially confident and able to lead negotiations.
• Familiar with licensing models, SaaS pricing and consumption-based pricing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience managing supplier renewal pipelines and renewals processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing across technology and services spend.

You'll have real ownership, real stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to influence how a PE-backed business buys technology and services.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Owning end-to-end sourcing across technology and services spend

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Technology, Software, SaaS or IT Services procurement experience would be ideal
• Commercially confident and comfortable leading negotiations
• Experience with licensing, SaaS and consumption-based pricing models
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Comfortable challenging requirements and presenting recommendations
• Experience managing supplier and contract renewal pipelines
• Good understanding of supplier risk, governance and compliance
• Detail focused without losing sight of the commercial picture
