Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Technology Procurement leader in London to own end-to-end sourcing for Software, SaaS, Cloud, IT infrastructure and Managed Services. You will drive category strategies, negotiate with global vendors and partner with Risk, Finance and Legal to ensure compliant procurement processes.

You will report to the Head of Technology Procurement and contribute to margin improvements and procurement maturity across the function.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years’ experience in procurement roles in financial/services or similar context.
• Strong knowledge of technology procurement (software/SaaS, cloud/infrastructure, IT & managed services, telecoms and data).
• Solid understanding of category management and strategic procurement methodologies.
• Analytical, commercial and negotiation capabilities; experience negotiating IT/services contracts with Legal/Risk.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Proven track record of delivering procurement improvements in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities: spend/market analysis, RFPs, bid assessments, supplier negotiations and contract support.
• Apply commercial acumen to secure best total value and effective TCO across licensing, subscriptions, and managed services.
• Negotiate with global software, cloud and IT services vendors.
• Develop and implement category strategies and long-term plans for technology procurement.
• Collaborate with Technology leadership and risk/finance/legal stakeholders to ensure compliant processes.
• Define KPIs and governance for supplier performance and savings tracking.
