Job summary
Undisclosed is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes within a regulated banking environment. You will align business objectives with technical solutions, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple teams and external suppliers.
Ideal candidates have deep experience in financial services and a track record of delivering large-scale technology changes using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading delivery of large technology programmes in banking/finance.
- Strong delivery governance, risk, and regulatory alignment.
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programmes from initiation through production.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, and forecasts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, BA, testing, infra, security, and vendors.
- Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Communicate programme status, risks, milestones to senior leadership.
