Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Teaching Assistant in a secondary setting.
• Ability to support EHCP processes and documentation.
• Calm, nurturing approach and strong pupil relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in Alternative Provision, mainly core subjects.
• Assist in documenting evidence and education plans for EHCP work.
• Deliver lessons and online learning, with a focus on transitioning pupils back to main class.
