Jobgether is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead (Non-Tech) to strengthen and develop a recruitment team within an international FinTech environment. Based in the United Kingdom, you will oversee non-technical recruitment, drive end-to-end processes, and own recruitment performance with data-driven insights.

You will mentor, coach, and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and continuously improve hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in end-to-end recruitment of non-technical functions
• Proven track record hiring for Legal, Finance, Accounting, or business support roles
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
• Ability to own recruitment activities and deliver measurable results
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-driven with accountability for outcomes
• Good English communication at intermediate level or higher

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the recruitment function for non-technical departments.
• Oversee end-to-end processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Manage pipelines and candidate experience across multiple projects.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Mentor and coach recruitment team members.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and external partners within FinTech.
